These folks, Asian-Americans, support their family by running model or hotel. By the burst on COVID-19, hotel industry is in a deep downturn, which means the economic status of Asian-Americans is in danger.

: The Shenzhen Stock Exchange suspended trading in Jiangsu Huifeng Bio Agriculture Co.'s bond in late April after the company reported its second consecutive year of losses. Jiangsu Huifeng warned in April 29 exchange filing that it may not be able to pay investors should a large portion of the notes, set to mature in 2022, fail to convert into equity when they come due.

There are also put option which can be executed if stock trades below a certain level for 30 consecutive trading days, now counting 15 days. 

This case shows the growing risk in China's convertible bond market, where smaller companies are making the most of high demand to raise funds. Demand on these CB drove its price high, amounting to more than three times its face value.

TKD Scienc & Technology Co. sank as much as 12% after the firm disclosed the terms of it buyback, which will be a massive discount to recent trading levels. Also there are a few companies which have reached their stated thresold of redemption.

Chinese government refrained investors from investing on CB worrying that this market might be overheating, however now releasing the regulations to make market more open. Official warns that investors should acknowledge the risk these kinds of CB is containing.
